SCTCM education bursaries are contributed by members of the public and businesses. They are meant to provide partial financial assistance to students who are devoted to learning TCM but have financial difficulties.
(Application period: 1 June – 30 June of every year)

Application Instructions and Notes:
- Purpose: To provide partial financial assistance to students who are devoted to learning TCM but have financial difficulties;
- Please ensure that submitted application forms and documents are complete and accurate to avoid losing education bursary application eligibility;
- Applicants must be Singaporean and studying in the second year or above at the College;
- Applicants must come from a low-income household (gross monthly household per capita income ofnot more than $1500.00),meet low-income guidelines set by the Committee;
- Applicants should have yearly total average marks of minimum 60/100 and have good conduct;
- Applicants must not be a recipient of other scholarships/bursaries;
- A fresh application is required each year, 3 places are awarded each year, the bursary amount will be equivalent to 50% of the College’s course fees;
- If the students come from the same household, only one may apply each year;
- The education bursary application deadline for the current academic year (2022/2023) is 30 June 2022; the College’s education bursary committee will inform successful applicants upon evaluation and approval;
- The outcome of evaluation and approval marks the final decision by the College’s education bursary committee;
- Any objections towards the outcome of evaluation and approval will strictly not be entertained;
- Bursaries that have been given out may be revoked and the student will be expelled if the College discovers any false information in the submitted application form and documents, or if the student violates any disciplinary rule of the College.
- Successful applicants will require a guarantor who is Singaporean.
- The College reserves the right to make any amendments to the conditions.
Required Application Documents:
- 1 photograph of the applicant to be pasted on the application form;
- Photocopies of the applicant’s and household members’ ICs;
- Photocopy of NRIC of the applicant’s guarantor;
- Latest 3 months’ payslips, IR8A forms issued by all employers (latest year);
- Self-employed/retrenched/unemployed individuals are required to submit a statutory declaration form stating current income sources and amounts;
- Photocopies of result slips of past 2 years;
- Other documents requested by the College.
